A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA STANDARD AGREEMENT NO, C-41-70/71 WITH CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL REGARDING JOINT USE OF POLICE PISTOL RANGE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
:esolve as follows:
1. That it does hereby approve that certain standard
Igreement dated July 1, 1970, by and between the State of Calif-
)rnia, Department of California Highway Patrol, and the City,
)caring No, C-41-70/71 regarding use of the Police Pistol Firing
tange for the Fiscal Year 1970-71,
2, The City Manager of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
tuthorized and directed to sign said agreement on behalf of the
Iity,
PASSED, APPROVE'D, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Iounci1 of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
1970, by the following vote, to wit:
June 39
AYES; Mayor Dunne, Cmn. McComas, Castro and Lewis.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Cmn. Jardine.
