RESOLUTION NO. 1738
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR A TEMPORARY INTERIM SEWER CONNECTION TO THE JOINT SEWER SYSTEM BY LEUCADIA - COUNTY WATER DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
fol 1 ows :
1. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorize(
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad
that certain Agreement for a temporary interim sewer
connection to the Joint Sewer System by Leucadia County
Water District, a copy of which is attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held June16; 1970 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Dunne, Cmn. Jardine, FlcComas, Castro and Lewis.
NOES : Hone.
ABSENT: None. 744a-4 DAVID M. DUNNE, Mayo’r of the City of Carlsbad, California
