A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF CARLSBAD ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED LOTS,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
is follows:
1. The following described real property located in_ the
:ity of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
,articularly described as Lots G and I of El Camino Mesa Subdivi-
iion, Unit No. 2, according to map thereof No. 5617, recorded
iugust 25, 1965, which were previously rejected by the City Counci.
)f the City of Carlsbad for public street purposes, are now hereby
iccepted for public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall. cause a
:ertified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of
:he County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy hereof
:o be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
jtate of California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AVD ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Zouncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, held July 7, 9
1970 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Dunne, Cmn. Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Cmn. McComas.
