RESOLUTION NO. 1759
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION AND SETTING PROTEST HEARING REGARDING "SOUTH CARLSBAD ANNEXATION NO. 1.9
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad has received
a ii~r%-tterr petition requesting annexation to the city of carlsbad
of certain property located in the County of San Diego, State of
California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Said property
proposed to be annexed is hereby designated "SOUTH CARLSEAD
ANNEXATION NO. 1.9".
2. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad will on
September 1, 1970, at 7:30 P.14., at the City Council Chambers at
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, hold a public hearing to
hear and consider the written protests against the said proposed
annexation made by any person owning real property within the
territory proposed to be annexed.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held July 21, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Dunne, Councilman McComas, Jardine, Castro and
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

MC REYNOLDS ANNEXATION
That portion of Lot "H" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the
County of San Diego,. State of California, according to
Map thereof No. 823, filet! in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, November 16, 1896, described as
follows :

1558.90 feet to the boundary of the City of Carlsbad
as established in the formation thereof by the Board of
