RESOLUTION No. 1766
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DESIGNATING AND PARKING AREA.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. A no parking between 12:OO Midnight and 6:OO A.M. is
hereby designated on the Westerly side of Carlsbad
Boulevard, three thousand two hundred (3,200) feet
Northerly of the La Costa Downs overcrossing, and
three hundred (300) feet Southerly of the La Costa
Downs overcrossing, and that the area be properly
posted.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held August 4, 1970,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Mayor Dunne, Cmn. McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewi
NOES : None.
ABSENT : None.
