L,OF.<.THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTKORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE'GF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS. I
5 il BE IT RESOLYED that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Depart-
ment of General Services of the State of California to purchase 71 6l /I
8'1 thirty-six (36) 855x15 six (6) ply nylon tires for and on behalf
91 of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section 14814, Government
io! Code, and that William C. Baldwin, Purchasing Agent, is hereby II/ authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests
