A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN BY ADDING

AMENDMENT NO. 2.
as required by law and all persons interested were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad does hereby find and adopt as the findings of the City
Council the recommendations of the Planning Commission as set forth
in the above referenced resolution of the Planning Commission; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the La Use Element of.the General
Plan is hereby amended by adding Amendment No. 2, to read as

vote, to wit:
