A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, AMENDiNG THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN BY ADDING SUPPLEMENT NO. 7. REGARDING MOBILE HOMES PARKS.
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 673, which is herewith
referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August, 1970, the Carlsbad City

as required by law and all persons interested were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad does hereby find and adopt as the findings of the City
Council the recommendations of the Planning Commission as set forth
in the above referenced resolution of the Planning Commission; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Housing Element of the General Plan
is hereby amended by adding Supplement No. 1 regarding Mobile
Homes Parks, which supplement shall read as follows:
"Supplement No. 1 to the HOUSING ELEKENT of the General Plan, entitled "MOBILE HOME GROWTH", City of Carlsbad, May 1970. This document is a com- parative study of mobile home parks in North San Diego County and covers the following: Inter-City comparison of mobile home park developments , their relationship to the housing inventory, and popula- tion characteristics; potential impact of develop- ments, impact of development growth on the community,
