RESOLUTION NO. 1786
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Carlsbad,
herein called AUTHORITY, ha-s entered into contract with the Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development of the U.S. Government,
relative to the operation of Section 23, Leased Housing, and desires
the City of Carlsbad, a municipal corporation, herein called CITY,
to furnish management and administrative services in connection with
said Section 23, Leased Housing, and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of furnishing the afore-
mentioned management and administrative services to Authority's
program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Citymnager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the aforesaid agreement with the Authority
in behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, this 15th day of September, 1970, by the followins
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
