CARLSBAD APPROVING PETITION. . A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD APPROVING PETITION. .
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 2-1969
(Regarding Proposed Improvement of Sewers in Highland
Drive Between Tamarack and Elm Avenues)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
that it does hereby approve the petition/s filed with the City
Clerk requesting construction of a sewer and appurtenances in
that certain real property described on Exhibits A, .B and C,
attached hereto, and by this resolution incorporated herein. The
City Council further finds that the said pe-tition bears sufficient
signatures to waive investigation proceedings required by Division
4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meetimg of the City
zouncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, held October 6 I
1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: Mayor Dunne.
