RESOLUTION NO. 1791
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING SUPERINTENDENT OF
PROVEMENT TO BE HAD AND TAKEN UNDER THE PROVISI0O;J'S OF THE IMPROYEMENT ACT OF 1911, DIVISION 7 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
STREETS AND ENGINEER OF WORK-FOR THE PROPOSED IM-
(ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2-7969)
(Regarding proposed improvement of Sewers in Highland
Drive between Tamarack and Elm Avenue)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve that Hunter T. Cook be, and he is hereby appointed
to act as Superintendent of Streets and Engineer of Work for
the above-named proposed improvement and assessment district in
the City of Carlsbad, to be had and taken under the provisions of
the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 of the Streets 81
Highways Code of the State of California; and that the said Hunter
T. Cook is hereby authorized and directed to perform all of the
dutues imposed upon the Superintendent of Streets by Division 7,
and all of the provisions of Division 7 applicable to the Superin-
tendent of Streets shall apply to said person so appointed.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held October 6, 1970,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
WOES: None.
