RESOLUTION NO. 1807
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, REGARDING CONSTRUCTION ON A PORTION OF LAS FLORES DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby approve
3nd authorize and direct the Mayor to sign on behalf of the City
~f Carlsbad, that certain Agreement designated 11-SD-5, PM-
%7.5/50.2, 11502-039724, Las Flores Drive, District Agreement
#11-0072, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this refer-
snee incorporated herein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Zity Council held October 20 , 1970, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunneg McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
ABSENT: None.
