A Portion of Northwesterly One-Quarter of Fractional Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 recei ved a1 1 recommendati ons and
heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed change
of classification;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad 18

DOES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 680 constitute the
findings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council
certifies that the approval of the proposed change of zone classi-
fication is necessary to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance
No. 9060 as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
1 declare its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the I
proposed change of zone classification.
