OF THE CITY OF CARLSEAD GRANTING THE APPEAL ANI) b.PPROVXNG THE DIVISION OF PROPERTY SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. PAUL IVICEVIC The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hzrsby rasolva 2s follows: 1. The appeal of Paul Ivicevic from the decision of the Plannin Commission denying his request for a tentative parcel split map on property located in the Ponto area of the City is hereby allowed and the request for said action by appellant Paul Ivicevic is granted, as stated on the records of the City Engineer in relation thereto, subject to thc following conditions: a. b. C. That appellant dedicate a 30 foot ecisement for one- half ef 8 2uhlic street between Ponto Drive and the Northerly limits of ths property along the alignment of the existing private road. A one foot barrier strip fronting on all property except the subject parczl spli. shall be provided around the easemsnt and granted to th- City in fee:. Appellant shall construct full subdivision inprovenrnts as required by City ordinance and the City Enginc-er for that one-half strest frontinE on the subject property. ApFellani shall also provide two fully inproved 12 foot travel lanes to service the 1:roperty from Ponto 9rive. A&'i>pellant shall construct a water main with fire hy- drants, as reqcired by the City Engineer. -1- ..I I . d. Appellant shall provide a master plan for sewage for the Ponto area. e. Appellant shall enter into a future improvement agree- ment with the City for participation in the installation of sewers to serve the area, in accordance with the master pl an. f.
