RESOLUTION NO. 181 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SUPPLEMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR INTERIM CONNECTION BY LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve

That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad are
?ereby authorized to execute a supplement to that certain agreement
for an interim connection by Leucadia County Water District, a
:opy of which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
ierein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
'ounc il he Id December 1 , 1970, by the following vote, to
?it:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
