RESOLUTION NO. 1824
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ENDORSING THE PRESIDENT'S GUIDANCE LETTER.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad has discuss-
ed the merits of the proposed "President's. Guidance Letter", and
WHEREAS, the Council has found that said letter deserves the
support of the community and the attention of the President;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad hereby endorses the Presidents' Guidance
Letter and commends it to the attention of all Carlsbad Citizens.

The foregoing Resolution No. 1824 was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd day of February
1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: tione
