RESOLUTION NO. 1828
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD COMMENDING STUART C. WILSON, FORMER CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, Stuart C. Wilson has heretofore served with honor
and distinction as City Attorney for the City of Carlsbad for
a number of years; and
WHEREAS, Stuart C. Wilson has this day retired from the
private practice of law to become Judge of the Municipal Court;
and;
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad wishes to express its appre-
ciation to Stuart C. Wilson for his past services to the City:
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad does hereby extend its thanks to Judge
Stuart C. Wilson for his devotion and hard work as immediate
past City Attorney for the City of Carlsbad over the years, and
we do further extend our congratulations and best wishes to him,
on behalf of the City of Carlsbad, as newly appointed Judge of
the Muni ci pal Court.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held February 16,
1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro, and Lewis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
