The Citv Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby re-
solve as follows:
1, Applicant DANIEL C, SOT0 appealed to the City Council
the action of the Planning Commission regarding his herein mcn-
tioned application-Planning Commission Resoltuion No, 688,
2. All steps required by law in connection with said
