RESOLUTION NO. 1841
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
iarlsbad does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Depart-
lent of General Services of the State of California to purchase
'orty (40) 885-15 six (6) ply nylon tires for and on behalf of
;he City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section 14814
ind that William C. Baldwin, Purchasing Agent,
iuthorized and directed to sign and deliver all
Government Code,
s hereby
necessary requests
ind other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of
:he City of Carlsbad.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct
:opy of the resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City
:ouncil of the City of Carlsbad at a meeting thereof held on the
20th day of April, 197 , and that the same now appears on record
in my office
