RESOLUTION NO. 1834
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE VARIOUS DOCUMENTS IN
CONNECTION WITH AN INTERCE-IANGE ON STATE
HIGHWAY ROUTE 78 AT JEFFERSON STREET.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby re-

1. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the
City of Carlsbad, the following described documents:

(a) Cooperative agreement with Bernard Citron, et
al, providing for cost sharing in connection with
the relocation of Jefferson Street at Highway 78
and the construction of a bridge over Buena
Vista Creek, subject to agreement as to details
of the Exhibit referred to in Paragraph 6 thereof
to be reached by the staff and OWNERS.
(b) Agreement No. 11-0025 with the Division of High- l8 /i 19

State Route 78 at Jefferson Street.
(e) Utilities Agreement No. 18099 with the Division
of Highways and Vista Sanitation District, for
the relocation and construction of utilities in
connection with Item "b".

of Highways.
