A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GARLSBAII ADCFTING CITY EXGINXEK'S REPORT
CN THZ MATTER OF LIGHTING II*?II&TENANCE
DISTRZC'PS .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califor
did direct the City Engineer to make a report in writillg concern
the proposed lighting maintenance districts, as provided in the
"Municipal Lighting Maintenance District Act of 1927" and amenclm
thereto; and
such report has been made in the manner provided '
Chapter 3, Section 18660, of Streets and Highways Code.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that said report of the Citx
Engineer be acce2ted and placed on file in the Office of the Citl
Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
