A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL TO USE THE CITY PISTOL FIRING RANGE
WHEREAS, the California Highway Patrol has requested
use of the City pistol range for training purposes, and
WHEREAS, the CHP has submitted a form of contract ter-
minable on thirty (30) days' notice by either party, and
NHEREAS, said contractual arrangement will benefit
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Manager
is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City,
that certain contract dated July 1, 1971 pertaining to the
foregoing subject matter.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held June 15, 1371,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
