RESOLUTION NO. 1869
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DESIGNATING THAT VEHICLE TRAFFIC ON CARLSBAD BLVD. YIELD TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC ON PALOMAR ROAD AT THEIR INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. That the intersection of Carlsbad Blvd. and
Palomar Airport Road in
is hereby designated as a yield intersection,
and all vehicles entering the said intersection
from Carlsbad Blvd. are hereby required to
e City of Carlsbad
yield at the entrance to said intersection.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
June 15, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None.
