A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD COMMENDING
NELSON E. (TED) WESTREE.
WHEREAS, Nelson E. (Ted) Westree has served the City of
Carlsbad with loyalty and devotion for over fifteen years; and

Ii appreciation to Nelson E. (Ted) Westree for his pa$t services to

on the Parks and Recreation Commission prior to joining the City
staff; and
WHEREAS, Nelson E. (Ted) Nestree has retired from the
service of the City of Carlsbad after filling the positions of
Park Superintendent and Public Works Inspector with conscientious
effort and knowledge; and I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cit-y Council of the
