A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
RELATING TO THE FEDERAL AID TOPICS PROGRAM. LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
s follows:
The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
irected to execute on behalf of the City the Local Agency-State
greement and other documents relating to the Federal Aid Topics
rogram.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council, held August 3, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
