RESOLUTION NO. 191.8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD DESIGNATING THE EAST SIDE OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE, NORTHERLY OF TAMARACK AVENUE AND ADJACENT TO ALPHY'S RESTAURANT, AS A "NO PARKING" ZONE, AND ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ADJACENT TO CATHOLIC SCHOOL
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. That the east side of Pi0 Pic0 Drive, northerly of
Tamarack Avenue and adjacent to Alphy's Restaurant, is hereby
designated as a "no parking" zone between said Tamarack Avenue
and northerly property line of said Alphy's Restaurant.
2. That the frontage of the church property on the east
side of Pi0 Pic0 Drive be designated as a passenger loading zone.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held November 2,
1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:
NOES: None.
Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Castro and Lewis.
ABSENT: Cmn..Jardine.
