RESOLUTION NO. 1922
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, STATING ITS INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A MINI BUS TRANSPORTATION IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, there is a definite need to establish

a system of
WHEREAS, under recent legislation to become effective July 1,
1972, it is anticipated that the City of Carlsbad will receive
one percent (1%) of the tax from the sale of gasoline within the
community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intention of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad to set aside in a special
fund any tax monies received from the sale of gasoline in the
community, to establish a system of mini buses for transportation
in the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held November 16, 1971, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine and Lewis.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Castro.
