RESOLUTION NO. 1929
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
MENT REGARDING ADMISSION OF THE IMPERIAL COUNTY LIBRARIES AS MEMBERS OF SERRA LIBRARY SYSTEM
FIFTH AMENDMENT TO JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREE-
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
that the City Manager of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad the
attached FIFTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, amending that certain Agree-
ment entitled JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT regarding the Serra
Regional Library System to cause the admission into said Agreement
of the Imperial County Libraries. The effective date of this Fifth
Amendment to Agreement shall be renewable annually thereafter, from
year to year under the same terms and conditions, unless written notice
of termination is received.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held December 21 7971
1971, by the following vote, to wit:
