HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-02-01; City Council; Resolution 19472 3 4 5l RESOLUTION NO. 1947 I 6 7 8 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF BUENA WOODS SUBDIVISION, KNOWN AS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 25th day of January, 1972, recommended to the City Council ' that the tentative map of Buena Woods Subdivisioh, comprised of 33 lots, known as Carlsbad Tract No. 72-1 be approved; and CARLSBAD TRACT 72-1. A final subdivision map shall be filed prior to issuance 3.4 32 15 1 XX 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 11 // 1st day of February, 1972, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci.1 of the City of Carlsbad that the City Council does hereby approve said tentative map for a 33 lot development, known as Carlsbad Tract No. 72-1, subject to the following conditions being performed by the owner: 1. That the tentative map shall be subject to the Parks dedication or Fee-in-lieu of City of Carlsbad Ordinance No. 9190. 2. Applicant shall install fire hydrants, type and location to be approved by the City Fire Department. 3. That a 5' street tree easement be provided on all lots backing on Elm Avenue for landscaping and sound suppression purpose 4.
