A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
INGS AND DECISION REGARDING THE ADOPTION
OF A SPECIFIC PLAN ON FIFTY (50) ACRES LYING EAST OF AND FRONTING ON INTERSTATE 5. BETWEEN POINSETTIA LANE AND PALOMAR
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ANNOUNCING FIND-
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1972, a duly advertised public hearing
was held as prescribed by law to consider the Adoption of a
Specific Plan on property described as:
Certain portions of La Costa Downs, Unit
No. 1 , Map #2013, in the City of Carlsbad
County of San Diego, State of California;
more particularly described in application

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad does hereby declare its intention to adopt an ordinance
