RESOLUTION NO. 1995
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CITY COUNCIL
FINDING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE AT 3700 - 3770 EL CAMINO REAL.
WHEREAS, a public nuisance is alleged to exist at
700 - 3770 El Camino Real, Carlsbad and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1983 has heretofore been passed.
y the City Council in conformance with the Carlsbad Municipal

WHEREAS, the notice requirements of Section 6.16.030 of
he Carlsbad Municipal Code have been fulfilled and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing in conformance with Section
.16.040 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code was held on the 2nd
ay of May 1972 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. at a regular meeting

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that a public nuisance is found to
xist on said property, and said nuisance is hereby ordered
0 be abated. The conditions which constitute the public nuisance

It is the determination of the City Council that in order
:o abate such public nuisance, it will be necessary to remove
:he trash, old cars, and pieces and parts of machinery from
:he property or to store same in a proper constructed storage
iuilding, or in a manner as approved by the Municipal Code
Sections 6.12.030 and 6.12.040.

lid nuisance will be required to abate such nuisance on or
!fore june 7. 1972. If aid public nuisance is not
Iated on or before such date, the Council will cause the
Iatement thereof and the expense of abatement shall constitute
lien against the subject property and a personal obligation

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the

NOES : None.
