QUESTION OF WHETHER OR NOT SAID TERRI- WHEREAS, this City Council has duly received a petition iigned by not less than one-fourth of the qualified electors 3esiding within the territory known as the "East Carlsbad innexation No. 2.12", as shown on the records of the San liego County Registrar of Voters, and containing a description If the territory to be annexed, which is contiguous to the city, ind asking that said territory be annexed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1.
