RESOLUTION NO. 2007
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE DEVELOP- MENT OF CARLSBAD STATE BEACH
WHEREAS, over ten years ago the City of Carlsbad caused
to be conveyed to the State of California certain real property
for purposes of improvement of Carlsbad State Beach, and
WHEREAS, at the time of said property transfer from the
City of Carlsbad, the Division of Beaches and Parks indicated

WHEREAS, said improvements have not occurred due to State
budgetary problems, and
WHEREAS, improvement of Carlsbad State Beach is necessary
if this facility is to adequately serve the recreational needs of
the Southern California public, and
WHEREAS, said Assembly Bill 1183 does provide $300,000 1 from the Bagley Conservation Fund for expenditure in fiscal year 1 1973-74, and
