RESOLUTION NO. 2012
A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR CARLSBAD
TRACT CT 71-3 - Richie Glen Subdivision.
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the subdivision map
identified as CT 71-3, Richie Glen Subdivision.
W€EREAS, the Public Improvements required by City Ordinance
have been satisfactorily installed.
WHEREAS, the Subdivider is requesting that the City accept
the Public Improvements
THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Public Improvements
for Carlsbad Tract CT 71-3 are hereby accepted and the City Clerk
is instructed to release the bonds in accordance with the require-
ments of Chapter 2 of the State Business and Professions Code.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 16th day of May,
1972 by the following votes to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSTATPB : Cmn. Chase.
