RESOLUTION NO. 2015
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL TO USE THE CITY PISTOL RANGE.
WHEREAS, the California Highway Patrol has requested
use of the City pistol range for training purposes, and
WHEREAS, the CHP has submitted a form of contract
terminable on thirty (30) days' notice by either party, and
WHEREAS, said contractual arrangement will benefit
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Manager
is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City,
that certain contract dated July 1, 1972 pertaining to the fore-
going subject matter.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held May 16, 1972,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.-
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
