RESOLUTION NO. 2019
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
THOROUGHFARE AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD
WHEREAS the County Board of Supervisors has adopted a policy
for County financial assistance to the Cities for the constructiol
of a City-County Thoroughfare System;
WHEREAS Carlsbad Boulevard has been designated as a Route
on the Thoroughfare System;
WHEREAS the Board has allocated $30,000 to the City of
Carlsbad for use on Carlsbad Boulevard;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
execute the Thoroughfare Agreement with the County on behalf of
the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held May 16,1972, by the following vote to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES : Cmn. Chase.
ABSENT: None.
