RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TY OF CARLSBAD IMPOSING NINETY DA MORATORIUM ON APPLICATIONS FOR P-C
THE
(PLANNED COMMUNITY) ZONE.
WHEREAS the present Planned Community Ordinance of the City
if Carlsbad is undergoing examination for possible modifications as
.o all future P-C Zone requests,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that applications and requests for
‘-C zoning shall be refused during the period of May 25, 1972,
Lhrough August 25, 1972, with the exception of preannexation zone
:hange requests for applications.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council
leld on May 24, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
