RESOLUTION NO. 2039

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE
(McKeand Construction) MAP OF CARLSBAD TRACT 72-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
on the 13th day of June, 1972, recommended to the City Council that
the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 72-10, McKeand Construction, be

japproved and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the
5th day of July, 1972 considered the recommendation of the Planning
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad that the City Council does hereby approve said
tentative map for Carlsbad Tract 72-10, comprising one lot, sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. A condominium subdivision map in accordance with the
State Map Act shall be recorded for this property.
2. Underground utility services and an ornamental street
light and street trees shall be installed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer.
3. Fire protection appurtenances, including fire hydrants , sh
be installed as required by the Fire Department.
4. The applicant shall dedicate land adjacent to Buena Vista
Lagoon per Ordinance 9190 and the Parks and Recreation Commission.
5. A landscape and sprinkler plan shall be submitted to
the Parks and Recreation Department and shall be subject to the
approval of the Parks and Recreation Director.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subdivider shall furnish
the U. S. Post Office, Carlsbad, California, with a copy of the final
subdivision map.

AND FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Clerk i.s hereby directed
to place a copy of this Resolution, in the usual course of mail,
addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tentative
map.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City

of Carlsbad at an adjourned, regular meeting held on the 5th day of
July, 1972, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Councilmen Dunne , McComas , Lewis , and Frazee.
NOES: Councilman Chase.
