RESOLUTION NO. 2040
on the 13th day of June, 1972, recommended to the City Council that
the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 72-9, L.E. Lidd’le Construction,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE

6 ll WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
10 /I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the /I 5th day of July, 1972, considered the recommendation of the Planning 1 11 1 Commission;

13 li NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad that the City Council does hereby approve said
tentative map for Carlsbad Tract 72-9, comprising one (1) lot, sub-
ject to the following conditions: 16

1. A condominium subdivision map in accordance with the State
Map Act and City Ordinances shall be recorded for this property.

3. Fire protection appurtenances, including fire hydrants
21 /I shall be installed as required by the Fire Department. t 4. Driveway access shall be limited to two standard approache
at stations 0+15+ and 2+18+. All other existing curb cuts shall be
closed up as required by the City Engineer. 25
26 5. The applicant shall comply with Ordinance No. 9190 and
shall receive Parks and Recreation Commission approval. 27

6. A landscape and sprinkler plan shall be submitted to the
Parks and Recreation Department and shall be subject to the
approval of the Parks and Recreation Director.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subdivider shall furnish the 31 //
U.S. Post Office, Carlsbad, California, with a copy of the final

AND FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
to place a copy of this Resolution in the usual course of
addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on th
map.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at an adjourned, regular meeting held on the 5th day of
July, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES: Councilman Chase.
ABSENT: None.
