RESOLUTION NO. 2044
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND D IRECT I NG MAYOR TO S IGN PIPELINE LICENSE WITH SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to sign on behalf of the City of Carlsbad that
certain pipeline license with the Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company, a Kansas corporation, referred to
as File No. S-43034, covering proposed installation of a
ten inch water line across right of way and under tracks at
Milepost 229 plus 3520.7 at Chestnut Avenue.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
held July 3, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
