RESOLUTION NO. 2052
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CISIONS FOR ADOPTION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN ON PHASE I1 OF THE "HOSP GROVE" ON PROPERTY
THE PROPOSED ELM AVENUE EXTENSION AND MARRON ROAD, AND APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR "HOSP GROVE" APARTMENTS , CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 72-12. (Kamar Construction Co..)
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of July, 1972 the Carlsbad City
CITY OF CARLSBAD MAKING FINDINGS AND DE-
LOCATED WESTERLY OF EL CAMIN; REAL BETWEEN
lanning Commission adopted Resolution No. 805 adopting a Specific
lan and Resolution No. 804 approving a Tentative Map, which are
ereby referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1972 a duly advertised public hearing
was held as prescribed by law to consider a Specific Plan and
entative Map on property described as:
Lot 7 of Sec. 32, Township 11 S, Range 4W, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Govern- ment Survey, approved December 27, 1870 and more particularly described on file in the City Clerk's Office.
WHEREAS, The City Council received all recommendations and
eard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed Specific
lan and Tentative Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
OES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the

ng Commission contained in Resolution Nos. 804 & 805 constitute
ndings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council
ertifies that the approval of the proposed Specific Plan and Tentativ
lap is necessary to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance No. 906
s amended.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED AT the regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 1st day of August, 1972, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
