RESOLUTION NO. 2054
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD CONFIRMING THE ASSESS~NT ROLL
FOR 1972-73 LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICTS NOS.
1,2AND3
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed with the City Council an
2stimate of costs for Lighting Maintenance Districts for 1972-73:

WHEREAS, the City's share of the costs of energy and mainten-
ince is $3,312.60 and the costs to be assessed is $39,572.19 .
WHEREAS, the expenses of maintenance and operation to be borne
~y Districts Nos. 1, 2 and 3 shall be paid by Special Assessment
Levies upon the land exclusive of improvements within the districts.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the assessments as shown on the
Iinal roll be confirmed and a certified copy of this Resolution
Ind the confirmed Assessment Roll be forwarded to the County
:ontroller for collection.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
>f Carlsbad on this 1st day of August, 1971 by the following vote
10 wit:
AYES : Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
