RESOLUTION NO. 2081
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August, 1972, the Carlsbad
City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 821, which is

and heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed
change of zone classification;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
DOES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the
Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 821 constitute the
findings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council
certifies that the *a roval of the proposed change of zone classi-

herewith referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1972, a duly advertised
public hearing was held as prescribed by law to consider the
reclassification from C-2 to RD-M zone, on property described
as :
Lots 4 and 5, Block 40, Carlsbad Townsite
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does herebg
declare its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the
proposed change of zone classification.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND ORDERED that the City
Attorney is hereby instructed to prepare an ordinance amending
Ordinance No. 9060 to effectuate the change of zone classificatio
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
