A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF CARLSBAD APPOINTING SUPERINTENDENT
OF STREETS
CANNON ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-1970
THE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves as follows:
1. That Hunter T. Cook is appointed to act as Superintendent
3f Streets for the above described improvement and assessment dis-
trict in the City of Carlsbad, to be taken under the provisions of
the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913.
2. Hunter T. Cook is authorized and directed to perform all
if the duties imposed upon the Superintendent of Streets by the
lunicipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the provisions of that Act
rpplicable to the Superintendent of Streets shall apply to him.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
