RESOLUTION NO. 2091
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, MAP AND
ESTIMATES
CANNON ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-1970
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves as follows:
1. The Engineer of Work, Associated Engineers, is directed
to prepare plans and specifications for the above named assessment
district under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913.
2. The Engineer of Work is directed to prepare a map showing
the boundaries and the district to be assessed for the proposed
work and improvement.
3. The Engineer of Work is directed to prepare an estimate
of the costs of construction of the work and improvements.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a special meeting held September *9,
the following vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT : Cmn. Dunne.
