RESOLUTION NO. 2095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD WAIVING DEBT LIMIT REPORT UNDER
THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INVESTIGATION, LIMITA-
TIOW AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931
CANNON ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-1970
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves as follows
1. The petition filed in these proceedings by owners of
property proposed to be assessed is made by more than 60% of the
area to be assessed and such petition waives any investigation
proceedings required by the Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931.
2. The City Council finds that no debt limit report as
required by such Act is necessary in these proceedings and waives
the making of any such debt limit report.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by a 4/5 vote by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad at a special meeting held
September 29
