RESOLUTION NO. 3019
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROCESS-
ING ACTIVITIES UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTEC-
TION ORDINANCE OF 1972,.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1150 provides that the City Council
may by resolution adopt a fee schedule for the processing of activ-
ities subject to Environmental Protection Ordinance 1972, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has made a recommendation regard-
ing the appropriate amount of said fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following fee schedule
is adopted to cover City costs involved in processing activities
under the Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972:
(a) Process Environmental Impact Analysis ........... $50.00
(5) Projects Requiring Environmental Impact
Report - Actual Cost - (Minimum Deposit) ........ 200.00
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular adjourned meeting
of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of November, 1972,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES: Cmn. Chase.
ABSENT: None.
