A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES CERTA I N PREV I OUSLY REJECTED LOTS.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the City
