HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-01-16; City Council; Resolution 30543 2 z 4 E u E 7 E s IC 11 12 12 14 15 16 I? 1& 14 2c 21 22 22 24 25 2E 27 2E 25 3c 31 3: F93SOLUTION NO. 3054 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIJNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGWE- MENT WITH THE TRI-CITY AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIA- TION MODIFYING THE SCOPE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS TO BE CONSTRUCTED PURSUANT TMEMTO TO PROVIDE FOR GRADING THE ROAD -. TO FULL FOUR-LANE WIDTH WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement dated November 21, 1972, between the City and the Tri-City Auto Dealers Association, a road will be constructed parallel to Interstate Highway 5, between Cannon Road and Palomar Airport Road; and WHEREAS, said road will be a full four-lane width between Cannon Road and the southerly boundary of the Auto Center and two lanes thereafter; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it to be in the best interests of the City to grade said road to full four- lane width between the southerly boundary of the Auto Center and its terminus at Palomar Airport Road, in connection with the construction of the road. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City an amendment to Exhibit "C'' of the agreement between the City and the Tri-City Auto Dealers Association, to modify the scope of the road improve- ments to provide for grading the road to full four-lane (64') width between the southerly boundary of the Auto Center and Palomar Airport Road. xx xx xx xx xx xx xx .
