RESOLUTION NO. 3056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
NO. 3044 WHICH PROVIDED FOR RECEIPT AND DIS-
BURSEMENT OF FEDERAL REVFNUE SHARING FUNDS BY
APPROVING VARIOUS EXPENDITURES OF SAID FUNDS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1972-1973
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Resolution No. 3044
:o indicate the City's approved. expend.itures of Revenue Sharing
?unds for fiscal year 1972-1973; and.
WHEREAS, certain other minor changes are deemed neces-
sary by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. Item 3, Resolution No. 3044, shall read:
"...an estimated $262,200 in revenue
sharing fund.s. . . "
2. Item 4, Resolution No. 3044, shall read as follows:
